Wild Turkey Straight Rye Whiskey is an 81 proof ode to America’s first distilled spirit: rye whiskey. When making Wild Turkey Rye, we use a deeper, “alligator” char for extra flavor to draw out the big, broad spice notes that make rye whiskey so distinct vs. its bourbon counterparts. Wild Turkey Rye stands up to any mixer and shines through in cocktails.Tasting Note:

｢野火雞（Wild Turkey）｣美國歷史悠久嘅威士忌酒廠，由有“波本教父”之稱嘅傳奇釀酒師Jimmy Russell創建於美國波本之都嘅肯塔基州（Kentucky），酒廠生產嘅美酒味道相當豐富，其獨特嘅純淨、嗆辣風格，更成為酒廠、甚至正宗｢波本威士忌｣嘅經典風格。
酒廠十分注重純正波本風味嘅呈現，選用高比例裸麥為原料，在較低酒精度時裝瓶，不添加多餘水分，以保證風味最大程度哋保存，嚟波本標誌性琥珀色與濃郁感。酒液在經過四級燒焦達到 “alligator char”狀態嘅新美國白橡木桶（new American White Oak barrels）中經過更長時間嘅陳年（5-8年）嘅陳年，以此達到更飽滿、更濃郁嘅經典風格。
