About The Whiskey：Wild Turkey 8 YO features high rye content in the mash bill, aged in casks with a heavy char and it is aged for at least 8 years – the result of which is huge flavour and complexity, creates an excellent value bourbon.
Tasting Notes ：

￭ Bouquet: Robust. Leather saddlery. Molasses.
￭ Palate: Firm. Deep. Very malty-tasting, yet assertively a bourbon. Malt-loaf. Cookies. Raisiny.

｢野火雞（Wild Turkey）｣美國歷史悠久嘅威士忌酒廠，由有“波本教父”之稱嘅傳奇釀酒師Jimmy Russell創建於美國波本之都嘅肯塔基州（Kentucky），酒廠生產嘅美酒味道相當豐富，其獨特嘅純淨、嗆辣風格，更成為酒廠、甚至正宗｢波本威士忌｣嘅經典風格。
酒廠十分注重純正波本風味嘅呈現，選用高比例裸麥為原料，在較低酒精度時裝瓶，不添加多餘水分，以保證風味最大程度哋保存，嚟波本標誌性琥珀色與濃郁感。酒液在經過四級燒焦達到 “alligator char”狀態嘅新美國白橡木桶（new American White Oak barrels）中經過更長時間嘅陳年（5-8年）嘅陳年，以此達到更飽滿、更濃郁嘅經典風格。
