Subtle lemon and sweet heather honey complement Bowmore’s trademark peat smoke, leading to a delicious, long and mellow finish.

｢BOWMORE Distillery｣作為蘇格蘭最古老嘅威士忌蒸餾廠和｢艾雷島｣第一所蒸餾廠，｢波摩｣係許多威士忌迷心目中永恆的經典，地位很高！｢Bowmore｣嘅蓋爾語意係"大岩礁"，在1779年由John P. Simpson創建，臨近Indaal海灣，緊鄰美麗海景。1994年，日本Suntory三得利公司正式擁有酒廠100%經營權，儘管被日商收購，,卻完全不影響其對蘇格蘭威士忌品質與風味嘅堅持,二百多來，酒廠仍堅持採用優良傳統嘅古法製酒。
同時，｢波摩｣嘅酒液被存放於No. 1 Vaults酒窖當中，呢度誕生出無數個世界頂尖嘅威士忌傳奇，係全世界最老嘅威士忌熟成酒窖。酒窖座落在Islay心臟地帶，深藏於海平面以下，常年受到西風吹拂，海浪終日拍打。獨特嘅熟成環境。造就｢波摩威士忌｣卓越嘅層次與深度。
