Tasting Note
The most precise and varied winemaking techniques have been used to make this beautifully poised wine. The nose opens with a riot of passionfruit, grapefruit and ripe peach aromas. The palate is extensive and richly textured, with tropical notes, fresh citrus and bell pepper underpinned by a mineral core. The concentration is superb, with layers of flavour unfolding to a lengthy finish.
